We ship Worldwide through our delivery partners DHL Worldwide Express, and Fedex International Priority using the fastest services available.
We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods as much of it comes down to factors outside of our control. However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times:

- Customized Products: Please be advised that for products that undergo specific customizations, our return policy becomes null and void upon acceptance of the customization conditions. Important Information for Orders Shipped Outside of EU and UK
- VAT: VAT is already paid for EU and UK orders.
