Our products are made around Europe. Depending on which product line, we create in Italy, Finland, United Kingdom, Sweden.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our team will allocate your order, package it, label it, and send it off by our courier to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Our system generates an automatic order confirmation once you’ve placed your order, if you don’t see it, please make sure to check your spam folder too. Still not there? Reach out to us here.
What do I do if I never received my order?
That would be very unfortunate, but please reach out to us here and we’ll make sure to get you sorted out.
What do I do if I received a defective product?
Please reach back to us as soon as you recognize something’s wrong with your product. You can contact us here.
What can cause my order to be delayed?

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we process international credit cards through secure payment gateway.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

When ordering from a European business, all sales taxes are already included in the displayed price, no additional tax is paid to us. However, your country may charge you tax/toll or handling fees.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

  • VAT is paid for EU and UK.
  • When an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country import laws.
  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.
  • By placing an international order which ships outside of EU and UK, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

What is your Shipping Policy?

We offer free international shipping on all orders placed through our homepage. Orders are shipped every weekday. All orders placed before 3 PM GMT will be shipped same day.

Delivery takes between 2-5 working days, depending where in the world we're shipping to.

We ship all our orders from Stockholm, Sweden.


What is the Return Policy?

Our return policy allows you to return any product within 14 days of having received it. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. We offer free returns on all our products.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you don’t love the product you have bought from us, we’ll take it back.

What is the warranty period?

All our products have at least 2 Years Warranty period from the date of purchase. 

To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the Contact page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue.

What does warranty cover?

The warranty covers all manufacturer defects. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty.

    • Our Warranty Commencement:
      • Our warranty starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.
    • Coverage:
      • Covers defects arising from the customization process.
  3. Accessories:

    • Warranty Commencement:
      • Our warranty starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 2 years.
    • Coverage:
      • Covers manufacturing defects.

General Exclusions:

  • Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Claims (Applicable to Customized Watches and Accessories):

  • If you encounter an issue, contact our customer service team with your order details.
  • We'll guide you through the process to assess and rectify any defects covered under our warranty.
