We ship Worldwide through our delivery partners DHL Worldwide Express, and Fedex International Priority using the fastest services available.

We cannot guarantee delivery times during busy periods as much of it comes down to factors outside of our control. However, in normal circumstances, we have the following delivery times:

DHL Express offer several convenient and flexible delivery options for your shipment. During shipping you will receive regular updates of the delivery status by text/email including a link to the DHL On Demand Delivery portal where you simply select your preferred delivery option.

Return Policy

At IFL Watches, we value your satisfaction. Our return policy is designed to provide you with confidence in your purchases. Here are the key points:

  • Love It or Money Back: If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 14 days from receiving it. No questions asked.
  • Condition for Return: The product must remain in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Watches: Please note that the removal or tampering of any protective stickers, covers, wrappers, or other protective materials on watches voids the return policy. This applies to all watches with such protective elements.
  • Customized Products: Please be advised that for products that undergo specific customizations, our return policy becomes null and void upon acceptance of the customization conditions. We encourage customers to thoroughly review and consider their customization choices prior to confirming their order.
  • Free Returns: We offer free returns on all our products.

Important Information for Orders Shipped Outside of EU and UK

  • VAT: VAT is already paid for EU and UK orders.
  • Additional Charges: For international shipments, be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Buyer's Responsibility: It's up to the buyer to obtain information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions when purchasing our products.
  • International Compliance: By placing an international order that ships outside of the EU and UK, you agree to abide by your country’s respective laws, regulations, and restrictions.
